Medina County Arts Council celebrates 39th annual Arts Week July 9-17

Medina County Arts Council (MCAC) has a full schedule of arts performances, classes and activities planned around the county during its 39th annual Arts Week Festival presented by Mercer Transportation. The festival runs from Saturday, July 9th through Sunday, July 17th.

Arts Week kicks off with ORMACO’s Jazz Under the Stars on Saturday, July 9 and culminates with Medina County Art League’s 48th annual Art in the Park on Sunday, July 17th. In between are musical performances, arts classes, a Kids Arts Camp and Kids Arts Fest. Most of the activities are free, however some of the classes charge a small fee. In addition to concerts by local performers throughout the county, activities include sidewalk chalk art in Brunswick and Seville, a magic show and teen magic workshop in Brunswick, Medina Fest, Sharon Showcase on the circle in Sharon Center, a yoga and paint class in Wadsworth, a cartooning class at Wadsworth library, and so much more.
