scholarships

The Medina County Arts Council, Inc., a non-profit organization, whose purpose is to promote and build community excellence through the arts in Medina County, established an arts scholarship program in 2017 for Medina County graduating seniors. In keeping with its mission, MCAC awards scholarships annually to help fund opportunities for emerging artists to study, develop and practice their art. We are very proud to be able to assist graduating students who have been actively involved in the arts during high school and are continuing their education at a technical school, 2-year, or 4-year institution.

The goals of the Arts Scholarship Program are to:

• Encourage students to pursue a career in the arts.

• Assist students with tuition costs and fees.

The primary support for the Arts Scholarship Program comes from contributions entrusted to us through gifts and annual fundraising events. *** The primary support for MCAC Scholarships come from contributions entrusted to us through gifts and annual fundraising events.
